LaunchPath ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LaunchPath mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address — when you sign up with email/password.
• Name and profile photo — when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Firebase User ID — automatically assigned by Firebase Authentication.

Usage Data

• Learning progress, quiz results, mission completion status.
• AI-generated content requests (topics searched, prompts sent).
• App interaction events via Firebase Analytics (screen views, button taps).
• Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics (device model, OS version, stack traces).

Subscription Data

• Purchase status managed by RevenueCat. We do not store credit card or payment details — transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and personalize the learning experience.
• Sync your progress across devices via Firebase Cloud Firestore.
• Process AI-powered content generation through our secure server-side proxy.
• Manage subscriptions and entitlements.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App.
• Diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions. Privacy Policy
• Google Gemini API — AI content generation (accessed server-side only; no user data is sent beyond the learning prompt). Terms

4. Data Storage & Security

• Account and progress data is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore, secured by Firebase Security Rules that restrict access to authenticated users' own data.
• Local data is cached on-device using Hive encrypted storage.
• API keys are stored in Firebase Secret Manager and never exposed to the client.
• All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Opt out of analytics tracking.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Changes to This Policy
